About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Professional to join our team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in D365 Business Central implementation and support, along with an understanding of business processes in B2C, FMCG, or retail environments.

The role involves working closely with business teams to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive ERP transformation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across key business functions. Drive and support D365 Business Central implementation, configuration, and enhancement initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Support business functions including finance, supply chain, inventory, procurement, sales, and order management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure timely resolution of business-critical problems.
- Manage integrations between Business Central and other business applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external technology partners for implementation, support, and system enhancements.
- Support customisations, workflows, testing, UAT, and user training.



Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and smooth functioning of ERP processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the organisations ERP transformation journey.

- Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven experience in D365 Business Central implementation and support.
- Experience working in B2C, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or similar business environments.
- Good understanding of retail operations, supply chain, inventory, finance, and order management.
- Experience with ERP integrations, customisations, and process optimisation. Ability to work closely with business teams and understand functional requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation.

- Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Business Central modules such as Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
- Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem tools, APIs, and business application integrations.
- Experience working with external implementation partners and technology vendors.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing FMCG or consumer brand will be an added advantage.
