A developer that looks at the requirement and looks for possible issues with the planned solution

Understands the customers business requirement so is able to ensure that the development meets the requirement

Can make recommendations on solutions,

Tests properly and only delivers working solutions

Produces well written documentation

Is able to be 99.9999% consistent and accurate when migrating data

Logs work completed, tasks, time and comments against tasks thoroughly (So handles company administration well)

Solid internet connection for video calls as needed





I expect they would need at least 10 years as a BC dev to meet all the above requirements and have the business understanding of BC that will allow them to understand possible problems with solutions / customer requirements
