OnActuate is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with strong exposure to international Business Central/Dynamics NAV implementations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with CXOs, business users, and technical teams, leading discovery and requirement discussions, and translating business needs into scalable Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business requirement gathering through workshops and discovery sessions.
- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, gap-fit analysis, and solution proposals.
- Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead client workshops, requirement discussions, change request reviews, and UAT sessions.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams throughout implementation and solution delivery.
- Engage with CXOs, business stakeholders, and end users to understand business challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Strong functional experience in modules like : Finance, Project, Project Accounting & Timesheet Management, Indian Taxation & Compliance, GST, TDS, TCS, E-Invoicing, and Inventory Management.

Key Requirements:

- 7–8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
- Experience with multiple international Business Central/Dynamics NAV implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.




- Strong functional consulting and solution design capabilities.
- Ability to independently lead client-facing discussions and workshops.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Certification.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of Power Automate
- Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform
