Microsoft 365 Full Stack Developer

Location: Kochi, Kerala (In-Person)

XBD Collective is looking for a Microsoft 365 Full Stack Developer to join our team in Kochi, Kerala.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building solutions, solving problems, and creating modern applications using Microsoft 365 technologies and cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will work closely with different teams across the business to understand requirements and deliver practical digital solutions that improve productivity, automation, and collaboration.

What You'll Be Working On
- Building and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions and intranet platforms
- Developing modern web applications using React.js and Node.js
- Creating business applications using Power Apps
- Designing and managing automated workflows with Power Automate
- Working with Microsoft Lists, Forms, and Microsoft 365 services
- Integrating solutions across Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
- Building dashboards, reports, and business process automation solutions
- Helping the organization digitize, simplify, and automate business processes

Key Responsibilities A successful Microsoft 365 Full Stack Developer should be able to:
- Develop new application features and enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and issues
- Deploy application updates and manage releases




- Manage and maintain Azure App Services
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability
- Manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases
- Configure and maintain backup strategies
- Manage SSL certificates and application security configurations
- Handle integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and system-related issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions
- Ensure applications follow best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability

What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of React.js and Node.js development
- Experience building solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Hands-on expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online development and administration
- Experience working with Azure services and cloud-hosted applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID authentication and access management
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB database management
- Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
