Key Responsibilities :

- Design and lead scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Microsoft full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, design, and development approaches.
- Work with Architects and technical leads to translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Design and develop AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Establish and follow best practices for Power Platform ALM, governance, DLP, environments, solutions, and deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies, Copilot capabilities, AI developments, and industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 development.




- In-depth knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and M365 migrations.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit.
- Strong experience with Power Platform setting strategy, solutions, pipelines, DLP policies, ALM, and governance.
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Foundry / Foundry Agent Service.
- Experience with LangChain or equivalent AI/agent development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure development, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 extensibility.
- Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, and Quest.
- Strong troubleshooting, technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
