About The Job:

Provide engineering, operational and project support for the global Microsoft Messaging platform, including Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, email security, archiving and migration activities. Support BAU operations, incident resolution, platform maintenance and strategic migration projects. Derived from the Messaging Technical Lead and Engineer profiles

Essential Job Functions:

- Support and administer Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid environments.
- Troubleshoot mail flow, routing and delivery issues.
- Manage email security technologies including Proofpoint, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Support mailbox migrations, tenant consolidations and Exchange modernisation activities.
- Maintain email retention, archiving and compliance configurations.
- Support incidents, problem management and root cause analysis activities.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for operational tasks.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Support M365 messaging integrations with Teams,



SharePoint and Entra ID.
