- Perform microbial analysis on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Conduct environmental monitoring and water testing.
- Maintain sterile and contamination-free lab practices.
- Prepare and maintain microbiological media, reagents, and cultures.
- Document and report test results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate microbial contamination and support root cause analysis.
- Ensure lab equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
- Collaborate with R&D; and production teams for product development and process improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
- Robust knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and laboratory protocols.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and other quality compliance standards.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
