Position Summary

Zelite is hiring a Microsoft AI Consultant to design, build, and deliver AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem for enterprise clients – spanning Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and the Power Platform. The consultant will work alongside Zelite’s Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and data delivery teams to scope AI use cases, build proofs of concept, and lead client-facing AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement AI-driven data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Power BI

- Build and deploy Copilot Studio agents and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensions integrated with Dataverse, SharePoint, and line-of-business systems

- Architect and develop generative AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry (Azure OpenAI Service, prompt flow, model orchestration)

- Extend Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) with AI Builder and custom AI models

- Translate client business requirements into AI solution architecture, scoping documents, and technical proposals

- Lead client discovery workshops to identify AI use cases and quantify ROI

- Collaborate with the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and BI teams to embed AI capabilities into existing client implementations

- Track the evolving Microsoft AI ecosystem and assess new capabilities for client applicability

- Partner with the sales and pre-sales teams on client demos, effort/cost estimation, and delivery planning for new opportunities and proposals

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric – Data Factory,



Lakehouse, Data Engineering, and Real-Time Analytics

- Strong understanding of OneLake architecture and data lake design patterns

- Experience migrating legacy application/data warehouse workloads to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including workspace, semantic model, and capacity migration

- Experience building and deploying Copilot Studio agents (custom topics, generative answers, plugin/action integration)

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility – Copilot agents, declarative agents, Graph connectors

- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including Azure OpenAI Service, prompt engineering, and model deployment/orchestration

- Experience optimizing AI and Fabric resource consumption – capacity unit (CU) usage, Azure OpenAI token/cost management, and query/pipeline performance tuning

- Power Platform AI tooling – AI Builder, Power Automate AI flows, Copilot in Power Apps

- Familiarity with Dataverse as a data layer for AI solutions

- Power BI, including AI-powered visuals and Copilot in Power BI

- Understanding of Azure Machine Learning and/or Azure AI (Cognitive) Services is a plus

Qualifications and Experience





- 4-7 years of experience in Microsoft cloud, data, or AI consulting/solution delivery – a mid-level position (Consultant/Senior Consultant), not entry-level or a principal/lead role

- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with generative AI or Copilot-based solutions

- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred: DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer), AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer), PL-400 or PL-600 (Power Platform), or equivalent

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

- Prior experience in a client-facing consulting environment

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Business Central, Field Service, Sales, F&O; etc.)

- Exposure to broader Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps)

- Familiarity with other Microsoft AI offerings – Security Copilot, Sales Copilot, GitHub Copilot

- Industry domain experience (manufacturing, pharma, FMCG, or professional services)

- Experience with agentic AI or multi-agent orchestration frameworks

Soft Skills and Other Requirements

- Robust client-facing communication and presentation skills

- Ability to translate technical AI concepts for non-technical business stakeholders

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client consulting environment

- Self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements
