WE’RE HIRING - META SAFETY & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Meta Safety & Compliance Expert who understands how Instagram & Facebook accounts/pages can be managed safely at scale while maintaining healthy account activity and minimizing the risk of restrictions, reach drops, or suspensions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Managing Meta/Instagram account safety & compliance
- Monitoring accounts for potential policy violations and risk signals
- Identifying activities that may trigger restrictions, action blocks or suspensions
- Developing safe operational practices for managing multiple pages/accounts
- Monitoring account health, login patterns, content activity & admin access
- Troubleshooting disabled, restricted or flagged accounts
- Handling Meta verification, appeals and account recovery processes
- Creating SOPs for safe page/account management
- Working closely with the Growth & Social Media teams to ensure growth activities remain compliant
- Keeping up with Meta policies, platform updates and enforcement changes

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong practical experience with Instagram & Facebook




- Has previously managed multiple Meta accounts/pages
- Understands Meta's Community Standards, Account Integrity & platform policies
- Can identify risky behaviour before it becomes a problem
- Has experience dealing with account restrictions, disabled accounts & appeals
- Understands how to maintain healthy account activity while scaling operations
- Is analytical, detail-oriented and proactive
- Can build clear Meta Safety SOPs & monitoring systems
