? Job OverviewQloron Technology is looking for an experienced Oracle Retail MFCS Development Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, development, implementation, and enhancement.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS, at least one end-to-end MFCS implementation, AI-assisted development tools, and strong technical skills across PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, integrations, and middleware.

? Key Responsibilities

- Implement, develop, customize, and enhance Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs and drive them through development, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation activities.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve development productivity and delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical solutions using PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Oracle APEX.
- Design and support integrations using REST APIs, Kafka, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and middleware/ESB technologies.
- Work with JSON/XML-based data exchange and enterprise integration patterns.




- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.

? Mandatory Skills & Requirements✅ 5+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising applications. ✅ Hands-on experience with MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.

✅ At least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.

✅ Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.

✅ Strong technical expertise in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Oracle APEX development.

✅ Experience with REST APIs, Kafka, middleware/ESB concepts, JSON/XML, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

✅ Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.

✅ Robust collaboration skills across functional and technical teams.
