Role Overview

Support enterprise messaging operations, PST ingestion, mailbox integrity validation, and Exchange Online services, including legacy email data import, data validation, troubleshooting, and audit-ready documentation. Requires interaction with US-based business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end PST ingestion, including batching, scheduling, monitoring, exception handling, and validation.

- Upload PST files to Azure Blob Storage, manage access controls, monitoring, retries, and errors.
- Maintain ingestion manifests and reconcile source inventories with uploaded files.
- Analyze and remediate PST corruption, oversized files, encryption/password restrictions, and duplicate risks.
- Maintain source-to-target data mapping, folder mappings, archive placement, and metadata preservation.
- Perform pre/post-ingestion mailbox validation, reconciliation, fidelity checks, and variance analysis.
- Troubleshoot ingestion, permissions, access, logs, throttling,



and tooling issues.
- Support Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Outlook, mailboxes, permissions, quotas, archives, and mail flow.
- Use PowerShell for reporting, validation, troubleshooting, and automation.
- Participate in L3 escalations, RCA, corrective actions, change implementation, and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with Active Directory, identity, DNS, security, cloud, vendor, and messaging engineering teams.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, SOPs, QA checklists, troubleshooting guides, and incident records.
- Prepare stakeholder updates, ingestion metrics, risk/issue tracking, and completion evidence.
- Follow security, compliance, retention, eDiscovery, legal hold, change-control, and governance requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications

* PST ingestion, email migration, and mailbox validation

- Azure Blob Storage workflows
- Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Outlook, mailboxes, archives, permissions, quotas, mail flow, hybrid messaging
- PowerShell
- Robust troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience supporting US-based stakeholders
- Collaboration with identity, security, cloud, vendor, and messaging engineering teams

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
