Meta Ads Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, budgets, and bidding.
- Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPM & ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Prepare basic campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative/social media team for ad creatives.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of campaign optimization & audience targeting.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools is an added advantage.
