We are looking for a MERN Stack Trainee who is a fresher but has already completed an internship in MERN Stack development and is looking to start their career in a full-time development role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Work with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Debug issues and assist in troubleshooting application errors.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members on assigned projects.
- Learn and follow industry-standard development practices.
Requirements
- Fresher with a completed MERN Stack internship.
- Good understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of REST APIs and Git/GitHub will be an advantage.
- Robust willingness to learn and grow as a developer.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Candidates based in Indore are preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site from the Indore office.
Internship Experience Required Candidates should have prior MERN Stack internship experience. During the selection process, candidates may be asked to share:
- Internship company name
- Internship duration
- Technologies/projects worked on
- Last/current internship stipend
- Internship completion certificate, if available
Training & Full-Time Opportunity
- Initial 2 Months: Training period
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- After Successful Completion: Opportunity for a Full-Time role based on performance and evaluation.
- Full-time compensation will be discussed during the selection process.
