The Details:

Role: Junior Meta Ads Performance Marketer

Experience: ~1 Year in D2C Performance Marketing

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Mon-Fri) | 10 AM – 6:30 PM (Weekends are yours!)

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on experience)

What you will be doing:





Full-Funnel Execution: End-to-end campaign, adset, and ad creation.

Proactive Optimization: We love a ‘what if’ mindset. Instead of just monitoring the data, you’ll have the freedom to experiment and find current ways to help our brands grow.

Client Success: Manage daily communication via WhatsApp/Email and lead monthly reporting.

Internal Collaboration: Participate in daily check-ins to stay aligned and growing.
