Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop up-to-date, scalable, and responsive web applications using ReactJS.

- Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for a single app across iOS and Android.

- Create reusable UI components and frontend libraries for faster development.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend services, REST APIs, and third-party integrations (limited to 12 core integrations, e.g., payment gateway, maps, or push notifications).

- Design and manage MongoDB database schemas for CRUD-focused, moderately complex data models.

- Develop and maintain Node.js-based backend modules for the application's API layer, authentication, and core business logic.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance across browsers and mobile devices.

- Generate Android and iOS production builds, perform testing, and publish the application to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers (if applicable), QA engineers, and project managers.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently.

- Follow coding standards, security best practices, documentation, and version control processes.

- Use AI-assisted development tools throughout the workflow to speed up scaffolding, debugging, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining ownership and understanding of all shipped code.

Core Technologies





- Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS and JavaScript (ES6+)

- Strong experience in React Native

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, querying)

- Working knowledge of Node.js (Intermediate — must be comfortable building and maintaining API modules independently)

- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

AI-Assisted (Vibe Coding) Experience

- Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor AI, Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar coding assistants.

- Ability to leverage AI tools for faster development, debugging, refactoring, code reviews, documentation, and productivity improvements.

- Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development workflows while maintaining high code quality, security, and engineering standards — including the judgment to know when AI-generated code needs manual review or rework.

Mobile App Deployment

- Experience generating production-ready Android and iOS builds.

- Hands-on experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Familiarity with app signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, store compliance, and release management.

- Prior first-hand experience with iOS submission is strongly preferred, given the setup time typically required for certificates and provisioning profiles.
