Role Overview

We are seeking a Merchandising & Cataloguing Intern to support the E‑commerce team in managing product data, catalogue accuracy, and merchandising operations. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work across multiple product categories to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

● Product Data Collection: Gather and organize product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.

● PDP Content: Support creation and refinement of product detail page content.

● Listing Uploads: Upload and categorize products across platforms.

● Category Mapping: Ensure products are mapped correctly for easy navigation.

● Catalogue Audits: Conduct checks to identify errors or missing data.

● Tracker Maintenance: Update catalogue trackers and product status.

● Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work with creative, operations, and marketing teams to support launches.

● Process Improvement:



Suggest workflow enhancements for catalogue accuracy.

● Online Listing Basics: Understand the essentials of online product listing, visibility optimization, and SEO basics for e‑commerce.

● Bulk Editing & Excel: Perform bulk edits and maintain catalogue data using Excel/Google Sheets. Must know the basic formula.

What We’re Looking For Qualification:

Experience: 0–2 years in Merchandising & Cataloguing, E-commerce, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or FMCG.

Skills:

Strong communication & organizational skills.

Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and catalogue tools.

Familiarity with online product listing essentials and visibility optimization.

Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy.

Understanding of e‑commerce workflows.

Adaptive mindset to learn new catalogue tools and platforms.
