What We're Looking For B2B Sales | Field Sales | Merchant Acquisition | POS / Swiping Machine Sales | Device Sales | Lead Generation | Cold Calling
- Drive B2B sales of Paytm devices and solutions to merchants across the assigned territory.
- Identify, approach and onboard quality merchants through field visits and local market mapping.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking and existing merchant relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive business growth.
- Ensure quality merchant onboarding while following Paytm's risk and compliance guidelines.
- Visit merchants and address issues related to high-risk accounts or onboarding concerns.
- Generate references from existing merchants to expand the customer base.
- Work closely with Business and Technology teams to resolve merchant-level bottlenecks.
- Achieve assigned sales and merchant acquisition targets within the defined territory.
- Represent Paytm as a brand ambassador while delivering a strong merchant experience.
Ideal Candidate
- 1+ year of B2B / Field Sales experience
- Experience in Fintech, Telecom or Banking
- Exposure to POS / Swiping Machine / Payment Device Sales is highly relevant
- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field movement and meeting merchants
- Valuable understanding of lead generation, cold calling and territory sales
- Any Graduate can apply
- Candidates who can join immediately to 30 days preferred
