- Advising clients on separating/carving out a business unit for divestiture and integrating newly acquired target with buyers organization with focus on the Finance and / or Operations (Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Manufacturing) workstreams.
- Preparing for Day-One (legal ownership transfer) / Day-Two (focus shifts from deal execution to operational transition / TSA exit) planning, business continuity planning, synergy identification / capture and commercial/ operational due diligence with focus on Finance and / or Operations workstreams. • Preparing and executing Legal Entity Readiness, Finance Function / Operations (Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Manufacturing) Integration & Carve-Out, Transformation planning, Contracts review, Sourcing Strategy Revamp.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of relevant experience for Sr. Consultants
- MBA is mandatory
