Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage the women’s ethnic wear assortment based on customer demand, season, trends, and sales performance.

- Monitor sales of categories such as kurtas, suits, sarees, lehengas, dupattas, co-ord sets, dresses, and occasion wear.

- Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify fast-moving and slow-moving products.

- Maintain optimum stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse, buying, and production teams for replenishment.

- Track size-wise, colour-wise, style-wise, and SKU-wise inventory.

- Identify slow-moving and ageing inventory and recommend appropriate actions such as promotions, transfers, markdowns, or offers.

- Coordinate new product launches and ensure timely availability on the retail floor.

- Plan and execute seasonal and festive merchandising, including Diwali, wedding, Eid, Navratri, and other key occasions.

- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand guidelines and store VM standards.





- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team to create attractive product displays and focal areas.

- Monitor competitor stores, market trends, pricing, product assortment, and customer preferences.

- Work closely with the store sales team to understand customer feedback and product requirements.

- Support promotional activities and ensure effective placement of promotional merchandise.

- Prepare regular reports covering sales, stock, sell-through, inventory ageing, replenishment, and category performance.

- Coordinate stock transfers between stores wherever required.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and support periodic stock audits.

- Ensure the store has the right assortment for weekends, festive periods, wedding seasons, and promotional events.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
