MERCHANDISING & SOURCING EXECUTIVE

Location: Pune – Hadapsar

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising & Sourcing Executive to manage product sourcing, supplier coordination, samples, pricing, orders, production follow-ups, and delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with multiple suppliers and vendors and should have strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product requirements.
- Source products based on specifications, quality, quantity, and budget.
- Identify and communicate with suitable suppliers for new product requirements.
- Follow up on product samples, quotations, pricing, and availability.
- Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
- Coordinate product development and customization requirements.
- Manage purchase and order follow-ups from confirmation to delivery.
- Track production, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product requirements and timelines.
- Monitor product quality, quantity, specifications, and order requirements.




- Resolve supplier and order-related issues through timely follow-ups.
- Maintain supplier details, product information, quotations, order records, and other documentation.
- Prepare regular updates on order status and pending requirements.
- Ensure all assigned tasks and orders are completed within deadlines.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, product sourcing, procurement, vendor management, purchase, or a related field.
- Good communication and supplier coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers, products, and orders simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable communicating with vendors through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
