Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Mumbai. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining visual standards across retail spaces. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, analyzing sales trends, and adjusting product placement to drive customer engagement and revenue.

The role also involves monitoring inventory, preparing regular reports on product performance,



and collaborating with store staff to maintain brand guidelines. The Merchandiser will be expected to maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders and support promotional campaigns to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with store teams and customers.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand product performance and merchandising best practices.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support promotions, visual merchandising initiatives, and brand consistency.
- Ability to analyze sales data, plan assortments, and make data-driven merchandising decisions.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple store locations or sections.
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail operations is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced retail environment in Mumbai.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Retail Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
