Position Summary The Merchandiser will coordinate between the sales team, design studio, purchasing, production, quality, and dispatch departments. You will manage each order from the moment it is received until it is packed and dispatched. This means making sure materials are ready, approvals are complete, and production runs on time and to the correct specification.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team on orders, garment specifications, sizes, quantities, and delivery dates.
- Work with the design studio on CAD/mockup packs and track approvals and revisions until designs are signed off.
- Check squad lists (player names, numbers, and sizes) for accuracy before production, and follow up on any sizes or quantities still to be confirmed.
- Prepare the materials list for each order (fabrics, threads, zips, labels, packaging, sublimation and embroidery supplies) and complete stock checks.
- Raise purchase requests to the purchasing department for any materials not in stock, and follow up until they arrive.
- Manage pre-production approvals (colour matching, print samples, embroidery samples, neck labels) and keep approved samples on file for future reorders.
- Clear orders for production once all materials and approvals are in place.
- Follow each order through cutting, sublimation/embroidery, stitching, quality checks, finishing, and packing, and make sure delivery dates are met.




- Coordinate with the quality team on rejected panels or garments and make sure re-work is completed quickly.
- Keep the order tracking sheet (Excel) updated every day so management can see the live status of all orders.
- Report delays, quality problems, or material shortages to management straight away.
- Prepare packing lists and support the dispatch team with shipping documents.
- Handle repeat orders using previous approvals and records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (Textile, Fashion, or Business preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the garment or sportswear industry.
- Good communication and coordination skills in Hindi and Punjabi, with working English for emails and documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Understanding of garment production, fabrics, and trims. Knowledge of sublimation or embroidery is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with names, numbers, sizes, and colours.
- Ability to manage many orders at the same time and work to deadlines.
- Organised, reliable, and a positive problem-solver.

Preferred Experience Experience with custom teamwear, sublimated sportswear, or make-to-order garment production.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
