Role Objective To manage the complete order cycle from order receipt, sampling and raw materials to production, quality and dispatch, while coordinating effectively with Sales, Production, Purchase and Stores.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track daily orders from retail stores and website.
Maintain order trackers with style, size, quantity and delivery timelines.
Coordinate between Sales, Production, Purchase and Stores.
Manage sampling requests, approvals, corrections and sample status.
Track production across Cutting, Tailoring, Embroidery, Finishing and Quality.
Monitor raw material availability and follow up on pending materials.
Prepare daily production and quality reports, including measurements and garment images.
Track completed,
pending and delayed orders.
Ensure quality-approved garments are dispatched within committed timelines.
Highlight production, material and quality issues and follow up for timely resolution.
Key Skills
2–4 years of experience in garment/production merchandising.
Good knowledge of garment production and sampling.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
