Sandeep Shikre & Associates: A leading Architectural, Interior Design and Project Management Consultancy firm with 350+ robust team is looking for MEPF Manager for one of their large Redevelopment (Govt / Semi Govt) Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC) project in Mumbai.

The Key responsibility areas included but not limited to;1. Supervise and manage MEPF activities along with finalization of process for the project as per Client / project requirement.

- Attending meetings with Client and contractor, consultants. Prepare and maintain data, statements, presentations required for such meetings.
- Co-ordinate with the contractors on site logistics, work plan, methodology etc.
- Checking of electrical, Mechanical, plumbing, building services from start to completion at various stages of works and provide reveiw comments for various MEPF services.
- Lead meetings / discussions regarding issues related to MEPF services with project team, specialized consultants, and other project stakeholders and conduct technical due diligence.
- Assist senior management / project head in overall project management.
- To lead and mentor the project team of engineers and supervisors. Assign duties and review teams performance.
- Review design, drawings, item provision and specifications with respect to actual site condition and client requirement.
- Supervision of Mechanical, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing, Onsite & Offsite Infrastructure work, etc., Lifts, CCTV installations, Solar Power Installations if required, STP plant and other allied works.
- Review Site Verification reports, Study of Execution drawings,



review of Shop drawing submitted by the agency and submission of feasibility reports.
- Oversee Testing of material to be used in the work contract as per contract specifications, relevant IS standards, MORT&H;, IRC and other standards applicable.
- Reviewing and maintaining approvals record for material procurement schedule submitted by the Contractor/Developer.
- Coordination and complying observations of Third Party, Technical and ISO System Audit teams including all documentation for - Flooring tiles & stones, sanitary / plumbing pipes & fittings, joinery items such as doors, windows, ventilators, fittings & fixtures etc. electrical items such as cables, conduits, transformers, D.G. set, elevators etc., construction chemicals, firefighting equipments.
- Provide inputs and review comments to the Quality assurance Manual, work Methodology & Work plan submitted by the Contractor
- Review the test results/certificates of all construction materials and/or sources of materials and undertake additional tests as necessary to assess the quality of works.
- To assist the Contractor during the installation & commissioning which includes pre-commissioning tests, Site Acceptance tests or any other tests required as per the Conditions of the Contract. All the tests are to be got approved by the client before commencement.
- All tasks that are required to be done as per scope of work, responsibility matrix and Client requirement for the project.
- To review the AMC manuals submitted by developer/contractor and keep records of all the AMC manulars, maintenece records
- Frequent visit to site during O&M; period and submit the performance reprorts on the conditons and functioning of all the installed equirements/services
