- Handle customer orders from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Communicate with customers regarding order details, comments, approvals and requirements.
- Review tech packs, specifications, measurements and artwork carefully.
- Coordinate sample development, PP samples and approvals.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, labels, printing, embroidery and other accessories.
- Coordinate with production and factory teams to ensure orders are completed as per customer requirements.
- Follow up on production status and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with sampling, production, quality and packing teams.
- Prepare and maintain order-related documents and follow-up reports.
- Monitor order quantities, colour, size breakdowns and delivery requirements.
- Identify production or order-related issues and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely solutions.
- Ensure customer comments and approvals are properly communicated to the production team.
- Coordinate with the shipping/logistics team for shipment arrangements and documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely order updates.




- Ensure all orders are handled according to customer quality standards and delivery requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Garment Merchandising preferred.
- Experience in garment manufacturing/export will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of garment production, fabrics, trims, printing and embroidery.
- Valuable understanding of tech packs, measurements and sample development.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email communication.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with UK / European buyers or export garment customers will be an added advantage.

Salary: Salary will be based on experience and candidate’s capability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
