Role Description The MEPF Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire-fighting systems for industrial, residential, and commercial projects. Day-to-day work includes preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, and calculations, coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and site teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves supervising installation and commissioning activities, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, and optimizing system performance and energy efficiency.

The MEPF Engineer will also support project scheduling, cost estimation, and vendor coordination,



while maintaining clear documentation and reports. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC system design, ventilation, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in electrical systems for buildings, such as power distribution, lighting, backup systems, and safety devices.
- Experience in plumbing and drainage design, including water supply, sanitary systems, and stormwater management.
- Expertise in fire-fighting and life safety systems, including sprinkler layouts, hydrant systems, and fire alarm integration.
- Ability to read and prepare MEPF drawings, with working knowledge of CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Familiarity with local and national building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements related to MEPF disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field); professional certifications in MEP or fire safety are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in real estate, industrial parks, or large-scale residential/commercial projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on-site in Ahmedabad.
