Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to plan, manage, and execute MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project coordination, execution, quality, cost control, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor complete MEP project execution from start to completion.

- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and other MEP activities.

- Review project drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical requirements.

- Coordinate with consultants, architects, clients, contractors, and vendors.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower requirements, and material planning.

- Supervise site teams and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per the project schedule.

- Manage project budget, costing, and control unnecessary expenditures.

- Coordinate procurement of MEP materials and ensure timely availability at site.

- Review technical submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, and method statements.

- Ensure proper installation, testing,



commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.

- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project standards.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety rules and site safety procedures.

- Coordinate with the billing and commercial team for measurement, RA bills, and variation works.

- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and management.

- Identify project risks and take corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.

- Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to agreed scope and timelines.

- Maintain proper project documentation, approvals, inspection reports, and handover documents.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
