Overall study of MEP BOQ with project wise specific requirements with specifications.

Ø Preparation of Shop Drawings with reference to GFC and actual site conditions.

Ø Co-ordination for all MEP activities with PMC / Consultant / Client and getting approvals / certification of required material, drawing and documents etc. during execution.

Ø Total MEP Co-ordination (Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing)

Ø To define the scope of work with reference to the BOQ and Shop Drawings.

Ø Preparation of various Schedules of Cables, Earthings, DB’s etc. with reference to SLD.

Ø Material indenting with reference to BOQ, Shop Drawing and Schedule.

Ø Preparation of Material Requirements (MR) / Site Requirements (SR).

Ø Follow up and updates of material with reference to Work Progress status.

Ø Preparation of Daily Work Schedule with time to time priority work and Report Generation.

Ø Attaining Daily / Weekly Review Meeting at site and preparation of MOM.

Ø Co-ordination and time to time approvals from concern authorities for Changes, Re-work, Excess Qty., Non-PO items etc.

Ø Working on Non-PO,



Extra Items rates & getting approval from concern person.

Ø Vendor, Sub-contractor’s rates negotiations & finalization.

Ø Co-ordination with Management, Project In-charge, Office Staff, Store / Safety In-charge, Site Engineer, Supervisor, Labor Contractors etc.

Ø Measurement preparation and certification from concern authorities.

Ø Preparation of Running / Final Bills and necessary co-ordination for payments.

Ø Sub-Contractor’s measurement checking and bills certifications.

Ø Preparation of As Built Drawing, Documents, Reports etc.

Ø Handing over of Overall project with required things to concern authorities in time line.

Supervision and Co-ordination for MEP execution Installation, Testing, Commissioning activities of Electrical, HVAC & Fire Fighting with Safety and standard practice, Specifications and Quality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
