Role Summary

Manage MEP operations, ensuring efficient maintenance, process compliance, cost control, and high service quality across facilities.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs

- MEP Operations & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to R&M; processes and performance metrics for efficient operations

- Ticket Resolution (TAT)

- Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests within SLA

- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

- Maintain CSAT ≥ 4 through prompt and effective service

- Inventory Management

- Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage and downtime

- Cost Control

- Optimize maintenance costs within budget (if applicable)

- Stakeholder Coordination

- Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations





- Team Management

- Train and guide team members to improve performance and service quality

Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelor’s in Engineering / Facilities Management or related field

- Experience in MEP/facilities operations preferred

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems & maintenance processes

- Good stakeholder management and communication skills

- Leadership and team handling ability

- Problem-solving and detail-oriented approach

- Adaptable to work in dynamic environments
