Job Responsibilities

1. Plan, supervise and coordinate MEP works for high-rise building projects.
2. Handle HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
3. Review MEP drawings, layouts, BOQ and technical specifications.
4. Coordinate MEP activities with Civil, Structural and Architectural teams.
5. Monitor installation, testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
6. Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards and timelines.
7. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
8. Coordinate with contractors, consultants and vendors.
9. Maintain project documentation, progress reports and inspection records.
10. Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable codes.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
