- Lead end-to-end delivery of MEP detailing and BIM projects.

- Manage Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection modeling teams.

- Review and approve shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and fabrication details.

- Conduct BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.

- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and clients.

- Develop project execution plans, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with client standards, NBC, IS codes, and international BIM standards.

- Lead technical reviews, RFIs, design changes, and constructability assessments.

- Mentor BIM Coordinators, Modelers, and Detailers while driving continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
