Job Responsibilities





- Manage and supervise MEP execution for commercial office interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV, and other MEP services at site.
- Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, designers, and civil/interior teams for smooth execution.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications and resolve site-level issues.
- Monitor manpower, material requirements, site progress, and contractor performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of MEP systems.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site documentation, inspection records, and project MIS.
- Identify execution risks, delays, and technical issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in MEP execution/project engineering, preferably in commercial office interior fit-out.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Experience in contractor/vendor coordination and site execution.
- Good knowledge of MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and snag closure.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
