Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify MEP contractor and subcontractor RA bills as per BOQ, work orders and contractual terms.

- Review MEP measurements, quantities and work progress at site before bill certification.

- Handle billing for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP services.

- Check BOQ items, rates, specifications, approved drawings and work orders while processing bills.

- Prepare quantity reconciliation statements for materials and completed works.

- Verify extra items, deviation statements, variation orders and rate analysis.

- Coordinate with Project, MEP, Planning, Procurement and Commercial teams for timely bill processing.

- Review contractor claims and ensure billing is aligned with contractual provisions.

- Maintain records of certified bills, measurements, deductions, recoveries, advances and retention.

- Assist in cost monitoring and budget vs. actual analysis for MEP works.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project billing procedures.





- Identify discrepancies in contractor bills and resolve them in coordination with the concerned teams.

- Support preparation of final accounts and reconciliation at project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 710 years of relevant experience in MEP billing/commercial functions.

- Experience in real estate, high-rise construction, infrastructure or large-scale building projects.

- Solid knowledge of MEP BOQ, measurements, billing and quantity reconciliation.

- Good understanding of contracts, work orders, rate analysis, variations and deviations.

- Hands-on experience with Excel and billing/commercial software.

- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs and specifications.

- Strong analytical, coordination and negotiation skills.

- Candidates with experience in large-scale residential/commercial real estate projects will be preferred.
