About Us

DENSOL Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a Bengaluru-based EPCM firm delivering turnkey solutions for pharma, biotech, cleanroom, and laboratory infrastructure. We are looking for an MEP Project Coordinator with hands-on laboratory setup experience to join our project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, process utilities) for laboratory, R&D;, and cleanroom projects from kick-off to handover
- Plan and track project schedules, resources, and site progress; prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Coordinate lab-specific services such as fume hoods, lab furniture, gas manifolds and piping, RO/DM water, exhaust systems, and pressure cascades
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs; ensure alignment between design, procurement, and site execution
- Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors; lead site coordination meetings and track action items
- Follow up on material procurement, delivery schedules, and vendor submittals
- Support testing, commissioning, and validation documentation (IQ/OQ support, HVAC balancing, airflow and particle count tests)
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP requirements on site
- Manage change orders, RFIs,



and site variations; support billing and measurement certification
- Prepare as-built documentation and handover packages

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 4–5 years of MEP project coordination experience, with at least 2 years on laboratory, pharma, biotech, or cleanroom projects
- Working knowledge of HVAC for controlled environments, lab gas systems, and lab utilities
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO 14644, and NBC/NFPA standards is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; exposure to MS Project/Primavera preferred
- Solid communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
