– Gym Membership Sales Consultant

RYZE Fitness Club is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Gym Membership Sales Consultant to join our team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle front desk operations, walk-ins, enquiries, and member interactions.
- Understand clients’ fitness goals and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Explain membership plans, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Conduct gym tours and facility/equipment walkthroughs.
- Handle lead calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, and trial-session conversions.
- Drive membership sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Manage membership renewals, upgrades, referrals, and member retention.
- Build strong relationships with members and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor the gym floor and coordinate with the operations/training team when required.
- Maintain lead and customer records and prepare basic reports using Excel/CRM.

Requirements
- Prior experience in gym/fitness sales,



membership sales, or customer-facing sales is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling customers and closing sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.
- Interest or passion for fitness and wellness is an advantage.

Shift Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shift allocation/rotation will be discussed during the interview.
