Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to build and enhance enterprise-scale integration and orchestration platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, performance engineering, concurrency, memory management, and code quality.

The candidate will work on high-throughput, mission-critical platforms involving workflow orchestration, API development, automation, integration frameworks, and large-scale backend systems. The role requires deep technical expertise in identifying and resolving memory leaks, race conditions, multithreading issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.

Key Responsibilities





- Design and develop enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable orchestration and automation platforms.
- Review code with a strong focus on memory management, concurrency, performance, and scalability.
- Identify and fix memory leaks, race conditions, deadlocks, and production performance issues.
- Drive engineering best practices across the codebase.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams to design resilient distributed systems.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Participate in root cause analysis and production incident resolution.
