Role Purpose The Medical Writer will be responsible for developing scientifically accurate, clinically relevant and engaging medical content for pharmaceutical, CME/IME and healthcare communication programs. The role will work closely with medical, creative and client-facing teams to translate complex clinical evidence into transparent, credible and compliant communication for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality medical and scientific content for pharma, CME/IME and healthcare programs.

- Interpret clinical studies, guidelines, publications and other scientific evidence and translate them accurately into relevant content.

- Develop slide decks, pre-reads, scientific booklets, protocols, case studies, algorithms, tables, MCQs, manuscripts and other medical communication materials.

- Conduct literature searches, synthesize evidence and validate references.

- Develop scientifically sound and engaging narratives for physicians across GP and specialist audiences.

- Apply understanding of medico-marketing strategy,



product positioning and scientific storytelling while maintaining appropriate pharma compliance.

- Review and edit content for scientific accuracy, logical flow, consistency, referencing, compliance and appropriate promotional balance.

- Collaborate with medical experts, KOLs, creative teams and internal stakeholders to develop and refine content.

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in medical writing, medical communications, pharma, CME/IME or healthcare agencies. Strong clinical and scientific understanding with the ability to interpret and synthesize clinical evidence. Strong research, literature search and reference-validation skills.

Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to physicians. Strong editing and quality-control skills. Understanding of pharmaceutical communication and compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
