We are looking for an experienced Medical Transcriptionist to accurately convert medical audio recordings and diagnostic reports into written documents. The candidate should have strong knowledge of medical terminology, excellent English communication skills, and a high level of accuracy in medical documentation.

Responsibilities

- Transcribe medical reports, diagnostic findings, and physician dictations accurately.
- Review and proofread transcribed documents for grammar, spelling, formatting, and medical accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Ensure reports are completed within defined timelines.
- Understand and accurately interpret medical terminology and abbreviations.




- Coordinate with doctors and relevant departments for clarification when required.
- Maintain quality and consistency in medical documentation.
