Omni Hospitals is looking for an experienced Medical Superintendent to lead clinical and hospital operations, drive quality standards, and support overall hospital performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical and administrative direction across hospital departments.
- Oversee clinical care services, medical policies, and standards.
- Conduct regular rounds of Emergency, ICU, and patient-care areas and address patient concerns.
- Lead recruitment and selection of Consultants and Duty Doctors.
- Oversee laboratory and diagnostic services.
- Coordinate NABH/NABL activities and quality initiatives.
- Conduct CMEs and HOD meetings and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate day-to-day hospital operations with functional and operational heads.
- Monitor billing and discharge processes.
- Support medical equipment planning and coordination with Biomedical Engineering.
- Lead consultant fee, package and procedure pricing in coordination with relevant departments.
- Monitor consumable utilization and identify cost-effective solutions.




- Contribute to revenue targets, P&L; and strategic development.
- Support patient flow through medical camps, workshops, seminars, CMEs and other initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, TPAs, corporate stakeholders and healthcare networks.

Eligibility

Qualification: MBBS with MHA

Experience: 5–10 years of experience in medical administration
