Job Responsibilities

- Transcribe medical reports, doctor’s notes, discharge summaries, and other clinical documents accurately.
- Convert recorded/dictated medical information into written reports.
- Ensure correct medical terminology, spelling, grammar, and formatting.
- Review and proofread transcribed documents for accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
- Coordinate with doctors and relevant departments for clarification of unclear information.
- Maintain proper records and documentation as per hospital standards.
- Complete assigned reports within the required turnaround time.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; preferably with a background in Medical Transcription, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Hospital Management.




- Experience in medical transcription or hospital documentation will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent English typing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Valuable listening and comprehension skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to maintain accuracy while working under deadlines.

Experience

- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with strong English and typing skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
