Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our hospital, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality patient care.

- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (NABH) and industry standards.

- Manage budgets, resources allocation, and staff performance to achieve organizational goals.

- Ensure effective communication among healthcare teams, patients, families, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

- 3-10 years of experience in clinical administration or management role in a hospital setting.

- Robust understanding of NABH guidelines and regulations governing healthcare services.

- Proven track record in managing budgets, resources allocation, and staff performance effectively.
