- Review and interpret real-time or recorded doctor–patient conversations.
- Prepare accurate and structured clinical notes based on the physician’s interaction.
- Perform Re-scribing, surrogation, and ASR correction activities as part of the workflow.
- Ensure medical terminology, medications, diagnoses, and clinical information are accurately captured.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and productivity.
- Follow project-specific guidelines and data privacy/confidentiality requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
- Valuable knowledge of medical terminology and clinical concepts.
- Prior experience in medical transcription, scribing, or a related healthcare process is preferred.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment and meet quality/productivity targets.
