Role Description This is a full time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Delhi, India.

The Medical

Representative will promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies through regular visits and scheduled meetings.

Responsibilities include explaining product benefits and usage, providing scientific and promotional materials, and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. The role involves achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and reporting field insights to the sales management team.

Representative will also ensure adherence to ethical marketing practices and regulatory guidelines while representing Vintage Labs in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to present products clearly, respond to queries, and support stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, dosage, and safety information.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in local languages and English, and basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a professional, ethical approach to all interactions.
