Job Summary

Devaki Neuropsychiatry Hospital is looking for an experienced and well-connected Medical Representative / Public Relations Officer (PRO) to develop and strengthen professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals and nursing homes across Amritsar and nearby areas.

We are specifically looking for a candidate who can build a strong network with MBBS Doctors, General Physicians, Physicians, Neurologists, Pediatricians, Gynecologists and other specialist doctors.

Candidates with prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, hospital marketing, diagnostics, medical devices or healthcare business development will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and nursing homes.
- Develop new professional relationships with MBBS doctors and specialists.
- Introduce doctors to the clinical services available at Devaki Neuropsychiatry Hospital.
- Generate and develop new referral relationships.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Identify potential referral opportunities in Amritsar and surrounding areas.
- Maintain proper records of doctor visits, follow-ups and referrals.
- Coordinate with the hospital team regarding referred patients and services.
- Represent Devaki Neuropsychiatry Hospital professionally during field visits.
- Work towards monthly targets related to doctor engagement, referrals and business generation.

Candidate Profile
- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, hospital marketing, diagnostics, medical devices or healthcare business development.
- Existing professional network with MBBS Doctors,



General Physicians and Specialist Doctors will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Neuropsychiatry, Neurology, General Medicine, Pediatrics or related healthcare segments will have an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with regular field work and doctor meetings.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of Amritsar and nearby healthcare markets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Key Performance Areas Performance will be evaluated on:
- New doctors approached
- Quality of doctor relationships developed
- Follow-up consistency
- Number of active referring doctors
- Referral generation
- Business and revenue generated through recent relationships

What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who only completes daily doctor visits.

We are looking for a professional who can build long-term relationships with doctors, understand their requirements and develop a strong referral network for the hospital.

Candidates with an established network among MBBS doctors and specialists in Amritsar will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

+ ₹3,000 Travel Allowance

+ Performance-Based Incentives

Final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, existing doctor network and interview performance.
