Job Summary

Weray Healthcare is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our Sales & Marketing team in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh.

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Promote and communicate the features, benefits, and appropriate information about Weray Healthcare products.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and chemists.
- Generate prescriptions and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Follow the assigned daily and monthly tour/visit plan.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility at the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and retailers when required.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and visit reports.
- Achieve territory-wise sales and business development objectives.




- Maintain professional conduct and follow company policies and ethical marketing practices.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a strong interest in pharmaceutical sales are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with previous Medical Representative / Pharma Sales experience will be preferred.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh.
