Role Description The Medical Representative role at Janjaes Pharmaceutical is a full-time, in office position (on feild job) based in Siwan.

The Medical

Representative will visit healthcare professionals to promote and explain the company’s products, providing up-to-date clinical and product information. Daily activities include scheduling and conducting meetings with doctors and pharmacists, delivering product presentations, and ensuring effective territory coverage. The role involves building and maintaining strong professional relationships, managing inquiries,



and providing responsive customer service to support prescribing decisions.

The Medical

Representative will also track sales activities, report market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and support promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong medical sales and field promotion skills, with experience or interest in pharmaceutical detailing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to present complex information clearly and build long-term relationships.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to healthcare professionals’ needs.
- Foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy concepts to discuss products accurately and ethically.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site, field-based role, including regular local travel within Siwan and surrounding areas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to reporting and documentation.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or equivalent digital tools for managing schedules, reports, and presentations.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
