- Clinical Assessments: Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical history reviews for employees of corporate clients during pre-employment and periodic health checkups.

- Program Management: Oversee the smooth execution of corporate health checkup camps, ensuring clinical quality and seamless patient flow.

- Reporting: Review and interpret complete sets of diagnostic reports (pathology, radiology, cardiology) for each employee. Standardize and generate comprehensive health summary reports with actionable recommendations.

- Relationship Management: Act as the primary medical liaison with corporate HR and wellness teams to understand their workforce health needs.

Preventive

Healthcare &

- Counseling

- Health Counseling: Provide one-on-one, personalized counseling sessions to individuals based on their health checkup results, explaining clinical findings in an easy-to-understand manner.

- Risk Assessment: Identify potential health risk factors (lifestyle-related, genetic, occupational) and advise on preventive strategies, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and stress management.

- Referrals:



Appropriately refer patients to specialists within or outside Life Care Diagnostic Center for further evaluation or treatment when necessary.

Wellness

Promotion &

- Education

- Workshops &
- Seminars:

Design and deliver health awareness presentations and wellness workshops for corporate audiences on topics such as Hypertension Management, Stress Reduction, Ergonomics, Diabetes Prevention, etc.

- Content Creation: Contribute to the development of preventive healthcare educational materials (brochures, newsletters, blog posts) for Life Care Diagnostic Center.

4. Quality &

- Compliance

- Medical Records: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for all patients/employees.

- Ethics: Adhere to all medical ethics, legal regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) of diagnostic center operations in India.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in preventive medicine, diagnostic guidelines, and occupational health standards.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
