Skills Required:-

· Understanding of medical report, investigation and diagnosis.

· Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

· Good understanding of windows OS.

· Team spirit while dealing with different departments in company.

· Knowledge of MS Office

Roles & Responsibility:-

· Review all the medical reports of cases shared by insurance companies/ patients.

· Interpret and share information related to the diagnosis, most preferred treatment, average cost, average stay etc. with insurance company

· Adherence to TAT at every step i.e. from receiving case query to claim submission.

· Sharing MIS related to pending, ongoing and future cases on daily basis to keep a check on all cases.

· Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by members as the first point of contact for medical treatment/ admission, assistance over the phone, email.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
