We are currently seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician with minimum 02 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview: The Laboratory Technician will play a key role in performing various laboratory tests and procedures to support research, development, and quality control processes. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation of experience, be capable of working independently, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Set up, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for testing and analysis.
- Document and record test results accurately, maintaining detailed and organized lab notebooks and data logs.
- Analyze experimental data and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment, tests, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health protocols, and company policies.
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and materials, placing orders as needed.
- Assist in the development and optimization of new laboratory processes and procedures.
- Support the training of new laboratory staff and interns,



providing guidance on proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Participate in regular lab meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements.

Qualifications:

- 4-5 years of experience working as a Laboratory Technician.
- Proficient in the use and maintenance of laboratory equipment (e.g., analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes etc).
- Robust knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and regulations.
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, LIMS,etc).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

- BMLT/DMLT/MMLT

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with quality control and assurance procedures.
- Familiarity with automation tools and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
