Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide efficient and effective support to Transplant, COE, Dental, GI, Ortho, Oncology, and Mental Health customer accounts.

- Process report follow-ups and bookmark reports in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.

- Document request progress efficiently and effectively in the case management system.

- Undertake additional activities as requested by the customer.

- Proactively address and escalate customer service issues to the Medical Fulfillment Manager.

- Adhere to established business processes, policies, and regulations.

- Ensure customer requests are processed in a timely and HIPAA-compliant manner, maintaining appropriate documentation.

- Appropriately prioritize work to support team goals.

- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations.

- Proactively monitor request activity and take necessary action to prevent potential customer service issues.

- Recommend improvements to procedures, workflows, and processes.

- Perform at a high level of quality to prevent the incorrect transfer of Patient Health Information.

- Maintain a high level of training and performance and obtain necessary certifications.

- Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with all end-user requesters.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required; an AAS degree in a related field preferred.

- Customer service experience required; medical records experience preferred.

- Ability to meet or exceed quality and performance goals, including proficiency level achievement in all core competencies.

- Demonstrated excellence in communication (written and verbal) with customers, management, coworkers, and other business partners.

- Proficient in PC utilization, including MS Office.

- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior.

- Detail-oriented with an urgency to achieve results.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Results-driven, action-oriented, and self-motivated mindset.

Key Relationships:

· Directly supervised by the Medical Fulfillment Manager.
